The Mountain is an incredible true story of a 16-year-old girl named Amy who, in dealing with the PTSD of witnessing her father's tragic death, finds herself in a Neuro-Rehab Center in rural New Hampshire. She bears witness to the malpractice, corruption, and neglect that takes place within the facility. Amidst the chaos of her stay, Amy seeks comfort in the arms of a staff member named Charity. Their relationship quickly grows into something more.

Susan Buttrick was one of the big reasons this movie was so brilliant. I was surprised more than anything I could imagine.

This movie rocked the house! Mary Wright was excellent in this because of his huge amount of likability and charms, but was frightened and tense when he needed to be. But Susan Buttrick is definitely the best performance of the movie!

Thank you Danielle Johnson for this great story! The plot is good enough to entertain people who take it as it is given, and there is an enormous amount of room for interpretation for the people who love to analyze things to find a deeper meaning. It is easily my favorite movie.
