Meatballs Couscous

I asked my grandmother to tell my brothers and I how she - a faithless girl from France - became the Queen of the Tunisian meatballs couscous, the Shabbat signature dish for local Jews. While she taught us how to cook that couscous dish ourselves, she 'pulled out of her body', as she said, the story of where we come from, a story of mixed cultures and love.
