In July 25 1966, a bomb exploded at Guararapes International Airport, in Recife, Pernambuco, northeast of Brazil. People were killed, others seriously injured forever -, physically and psychologically -, by this terrorist act perpetrated by a left radical political group two years after the military took over the Brazilian government in April 1964. Among the dead and injured were Sebastião Thomaz de Aquino, a famous former soccer player, known as "Parahyba", from the popular soccer team Santa Cruz. "Parahyba" lost a leg, the journalist Edson Régis de Carvalho died. Other victims were some seniors military officers and ordinary people who walking through the airport.

Excellent cinematography! Excellent story! The acting by everyone is excellent! Edson Régis de Carvalho is great! Playing the role with curiosity and bravery. Humberto de Alencar Castelo Branco, looking very cool, plays just fine, giving the character a sweet and tender touch. The two have great chemistry.
