The documentary shows how the Military Police (Pernambuco, Brazil) operated in 2012, through a physical, technological and functional structures that was far from ideal. Through the statements of more than ten senior officers in command positions of the area units and specialized police units, including the commander-in-chief at the time, Colonel Tavares Lira, emerge the institutional and functional problems in one of the organs of the Social Defense Departament .
