Why Can't We Serve is a documentary film promoting the inclusion of disabled soldiers in the U.S. military. Soldiers who are wounded in combat or while on the job, and who are still high-functioning, should have the option of choosing to transition to non-combat jobs, if they would like to remain in service. Preserving a military career offers the wounded soldier another chance for a life of dignity, community and purpose.
