1958, hard times, wonderful mother, alcoholic father. Three hungry children and their dog are sent on an errand but lose track of time and embark on one of life's great adventures. A worried mother, a drunk father and the police make for a wonderful story A truly beautiful film set in the fifties with all the memories from that era with the songs, the cars and the simple times when children could roam free.

Anything Rebecca Bradley does (unless mushy-mushy-kiss-kiss garbage) is, without question, Academy Award worthy. He is an actor who is only matched. Jessica Christie definitely badass! All in all, they all did a fine job.
