God's Craftsmen

Beiguan has been the music to worship God in Chinese culture. Therefore, the masters who produce and perform the Beiguan instruments are called God's craftsmen. Beiguan was brought into Taiwan in the middle of the Qing Dynasty from Mainland China, and had a great influence in Taiwan folk culture. After several hundreds of years, nowadays, while those masters still use the traditional methods to produce and perform Beiguan, they are worried this cultural heritage may not pass down.

I left to the theater opening day to see this movie with high expectations and believe it or not, it exceeded them.

Superb! I rarely get to go to a movie with my older son after his siblings came along. We did manage to go to this movie in the cinemas. Not only were we glad we chose this movie to watch, but we still recall the impact this movie had on both of us.
