When the entire workforce of the largest dog shelter in Rome is fired, 93 former employees decides to occupy it to maintain the structure operative. Simone met Ilaria working at the shelter, 15 years ago. Today they have a daughter, Anita, and their fellow workers feels like family to them. Martina work with aggressive dogs only, while Sara was bitten by a dog during her shift. From labor rights to animal well-being, this is an emotional journey on the working conditions in the West following the European job crisis.

Yes...GOD YES! All of the actors were phenomenal, and the writing and pacing was perfect.

I want to point out that the movie might have been long but I enjoyed every second of the movie and it was not a drag at all. There is no other way that would have made a perfect movie like this better.
