Min-ho Woo latest production to be his best to date. It is "a powerfully moving story”.

The Man Standing Next is the first and only film I've seen on the big screen this year, mainly since I've been waiting until the summer to indulge. And it was unexpected cinematic perfection!

Min-ho Woo at his best! I would certainly recommend this film to anyone and it boasts an excellent soundtrack. Go see the film and go buy the soundtrack. They are too good to be missed.

I was pleasantly surprised! This movie certainly turned out better than expected. It has all the ingredients of a successful film. What really got me to watch it was the curiosity of how Byung-Hun Lee and Do-won Kwak work together.

The movie of course belongs to Byung-Hun Lee and Do-won Kwak, both fine accomplished actors who deliver all that is expected and more. Credit is also due to the script - simple, elegant, yet intelligent to make the audience focus.
