Paul Lambert has lived in SE Portland since 1973, and he started going to the gym in 2016. In this documentary the camera follows Lambert from his front door to The World Famous Loprinzi's Gym, a neighborhood staple since 1948, in one single shot. The film is loaded with Lambert's unscripted commentary covering everything from real estate prices to ex-girlfriends as he strolls through the neighborhood.

Adam Moser is a director I've never paid close attention to before, but after watching this movie, my eyes are now open. I was quite impressed with how serious this man took on the challenge.
