As Jacob E. Armstrong made a life changing decision upon retirement to start a venture running a cow-calf crop, a proud Texas cattleman was born. He says it takes a lifetime to build a cattle herd. There's a lot to learn: reading, getting experience and knowing how to manage. You get the feeling at age 100 he will still be here watching his herd happy and content with his heart's life decision.
