The Genesis of Exodus

This film explores the root causes of migration from Central America through the eyes of the people who live in these varied and diverse communities and the people and institutions who attempt to help them. In a time where political rhetoric has become a vehicle for the dehumanization of the people of entire countries it's important to understand why people flee to the United States and how the high stakes game of political word-smithing affects real people and their simple hopes of survival and happiness.
